***In accordance with the provisions of the Complaints book and rules of the Code of Consumer Protection and Defense, the virtual Complaints book may be used by consumers to file their complaints and claims. The formulation of the claim does not preclude the use of other means of dispute resolution nor is it a requirement to file a complaint before INDECOPI.
