Central Immersion is an invitation to understand the why behind everything we do, revealing the methodologies and results that shape Central's vision, in connection with the team and the work that materializes it.

The experience includes access to the creative spaces of Kitchen, Liquids, and Theobromas: places of development, testing, and transformations, where the initial exploration is as valuable as the final result and where creativity follows a structured process, guided by research and experimentation.

The journey encompasses 6 spaces, starting at the Botanical Garden and Mater Projects, continuing through the Masi workshops of Liquids, Kitchen, and Theobromas, and culminating in the Central room with the tasting World in Unevenness of 13 moments (32 preparations) and pairing.
